We are a secret society - a brotherhood that has existed for eons, awaiting the day when evolution is upon us. An evolution that would bring humanity peace, and enhance us to the next level. An evolution that would bring about a revolution. The Brotherhood anticipated the zombie breakout in Malton far before anyone would even know about it at all.
The world sees the zombies as an anomaly; a curiosity. We see the future. The zombie "plague" (as everyone describes it) is the next step in our evolution as a species! Therefore it must be embraced by humanity, utilized, harnessed, mended with us, and evolved. Instead, the world looks upon it as a threat and calls it a "plague" as such. These people, these groups are directly responsible for all of mankind's existing misery, with they and their policies halting the coming of the new Zombie era to satisfy the corrupt needs of the few regardless the suffering of the many. Peace, Unity, and eternal Brotherhood is what we strive to reach.
There are many obstacles blocking our path to this magnificent unity; means must be found to surmount these difficulties.
The zombie plague is in it's primitive state, and it is therefore somewhat of an immediate threat. But with enough waiting, experimentation, and research (on humans), divinity can be achieved! It is through this that we humans can and will advance to the highest and most vast heirarchy of existance. This is our next evolution as a species! We focus on a genetically enhanced future for humanity, in which all followers of the Brotherhood shall receive Divination and flourish in every imaginable aspect.

The following are released excerpts of 3 paragraphs from a speech, which Brotherhood leaders addressed to volunteers who wished to join The Brotherhood,
As long as man has had breath the Brotherhood has existed. For from the beginning - when man's struggle was with nature, not knowing where he might sleep, how he would eat, or whether he would survive to see the light of dawn - there have always been those who would lord over others. People who believe that they, by some unseen right, are granted power over others, and would push others down so they might climb, are the greatest threat to mankind's existence. For many years has one man or one race prospered on the sweat and work of others.
The fact that millions upon millions can reach only a poverty-level existence, unable to even feed their own children, is a sin against the nations that cannot be ignored. The Brotherhood has always existed to help those in need. By gathering the resources of our flock and obtaining additional material from our enemy in any manner deemed necessary, the Brotherhood continues to grow and gain power.
We have always been here, behind the scenes, the guiding hand. Empires have fallen by our influence; leaders that could have caused our plans to go awry have silently vanished. The Brotherhood is always in the background, careful to make sure others do not notice our activities. We periodically supply aid to other causes to pull attention away from our true goal. We have slowly and steadily increased our power, but still were never truly able to confront the forces of evil head-on. For thousands of years we have waited for a sign, something or someone that would allow us to mount one last, great Jihad. That sign has come in the form of the Zombie outbreak in Malton.
Brotherhood Military Doctrine
“It is more important for us to employ intelligent combined-arms tactics than it is for other factions because it is the Pen that is mightier than the Sword. And we are both the Pen and the Sword when skilled modern armies are commanded by intelligent strategies brought upon by a true military strategist...” - Classified Brotherhood Commander
The Brotherhood is a highly devout and skilled elite secret society that is heavily armed. It is through the technology of peace - the tools of warfare - that peace is to be out brought and kept. We strive for a world of Peace, Unity, and eternal Brotherhood. As such, we help those in need wherever that may be, and whoever they may be - survivors, friends and allies of the Brotherhood, etc. though the Brotherhood's response to her enemies is unprecedented terror. The Brotherhood employs and utilizes all common forms of warfare.
In addition to conventional military operations, the Brotherhood operates as a mercenary-for-hire group of sorts. Other groups and/or individuals may make various requests with the Brotherhood’s leadership for the follwing:
- Bounty hunting jobs
- Kill request jobs
- Group attack jobs
- Assistance in a particular situation
Those requesting such tasks be carried out by the Brotherhood must make sure they offer some form of trade or payment to the Brotherhood in exchange for services.
The Black Hand of the Brotherhood

Every religion has its priesthood, and every military branch it's elite. Consider the Brotherhood's Black Hand a blend of the two, where battle-bred initiates are inculcated into the religious mysteries that form the core of the Brotherhood's belief system. Many consider it a "cult-inside-a-cult". The Black Hand is the secret operations branch handled by the elite cadre of the Brotherhood. The Black Hand specializes in secret covert operations ranging over everything from PK-response to covert assistance operations across the city of Malton.
In the Black Hand, the code of behavior is rigid and unforgiving, and discipline is brutal; but every Brotherhood soldier dreams of being initiated into its ranks - where the Brotherhood's most pure-hearted are more than happy to get their hands dirty.
Recruitment Policy
Any supporters of the Brotherhood's goal are welcome to apply to join. However, all new recruits and applications are reviewed with intense scrutiny, as the Brotherhood's shady secrecy must be upkept. Though this is not always the case, the Brotherhood's security is paramount. Not all are admitted into the Brotherhood, and many are contacted BY the Brotherhood, not the other way around.
