Ladies & Gentlemen, this is Parson Johanas Signing on for another installment of The Emperors Word. Due to our continuing power problem we are restructuring our broadcast for the foreseeable future. We are going to remove the Liturgical Hour, as we have not only insufficient energy but also no music to play. What we will have a short sermon followed by the nightly news. The news broadcast has also acquired a structure of sorts.

I would like to take this moment to ask all of you listening out there to send out a prayer for Dr Dorden, and Roy Precious. They courageously risked their lives today going out into the streets and cutting the gas tanks out of some of the wrecked cars around here. Their efforts have brought you tonight's broadcast, and saved everyone here from the winter cold beginning to settle over the city. Dea Imperitor Domine Dona Eas Requiem!
