The Fall of Dunnel Hills
This event was mainly viewed in Chudleyton and West Becktown, which took the hardest hits.
The Beginning
Around late 2007, the DHPD began to face organized PKing activity from Soul Hunters. The DHPD told no one to worry and that the problem would be crushed. Later October, the PKing began to greatly weaken the DHPD. It was unnoticed for a time because the main part of the DMZ was already a red burb. As Ferals swarmed into the Dunnel Hills area, seeing the weakened police, the surrounding areas became much safer, causing allies of the DHPD were beginning to become lax.
The Fall of Chudleyton
After the DHPD was weak enough, the zeds found it much easier to move around the DMZ. At this point, Chudleyton was the next victim of the PKer organizations. Two groups, Red Rum and another unknown group disguised themselves as DHPD and other members, causing war among the survivors inside Caiger Mall. Weakened by mutiny, the zeds poured in and destroyed this landmark of human resistance. Many of the groups that defended Caiger were either destroyed or fled to a different burb, further weakening the defenders. No other groups seemed to notice or care...
The Fall Of West Becktown
The DHPD presence mostly concentrated its last strains of officers on West Becktown and Dunnel Hills. A little before the last officers fell, only two other groups seemed to be alarmed when this green burb became the last bit of defense on this dying area. These two groups were the fledgeling Infinite Hope and the elite Zombie Squad, who helped out minorly before and with much more major forces at this point. The Zombie Squad attempted to hold the north side of West Becktown and its PD's as The Infinite Hope used their survivors(human and otherwise) to chase down PKers and Life Cultist zeds to bring down the zed population form the South. The human(and neko) forces failed at both fronts, and were eventually killed off.
Last Struggle
The Zombie Squad's status was unknown, but The Infinite Hope tried to hold out in the junkyard in the center of West Becktown. They failed, and, two days later, the junkyard was overrun.
The Result
The Pker/Zed cooperation led to their imminent victory. All pro-human groups were destroyed. However, the Infinite Hope has still a few zed agents behind the lines, and the enemy is losing interest in holding the burb, and it is beginning to rebuild.
