This user or group entered Glorious Battle beside the Channel 4 News Team. There were horses and a man on fire and this user or group killed a guy with a trident. Afterward, we could barely lift our arms because we killed so many zombies. I don't know if you heard us counting. We killed over 1,000.

The Vanguard

The Vanguard has been in existence for a time even forgotten to its founding member. Formed from the ashes of the South Blythville Survivor Service, a group destroyed in what has become known to the founding member as The Massacre at Mudford Plaza , The Vanguard considers keeping members in-game identities out of public knowledge important in the defence of South Blythville.

Purpose And Mission

The Vanguard's purpose is to provide support to all survivors within South Blythville. This includes providing adequate barricading in safehouses for players with AND without the free running skill, revivification where necessary, first-aid to injured or infected survivors, thinning out large zombie hordes in the area and most importantly, creating awareness of dangerous situations and providing information regarding the overall safety status of any designated safehouses.

The Vanguard also recognises the deep depression and anxiety felt by many survivors and aims to provide monthly uplifting advice from our very own Motivational Guru. The Vanguard does not claim ownership over any part of the suburb, but has a deep rooted sense of patriotism towards it and so wishes to help maintain order and peace without actively "enforcing" rules. The Vanguard Simply suggests guidelines and hopes that those survivors in the area will follow them as best as they see fit to ensure the safety and peace of all other fellow survivors.

Current Situation

Situation Information Pending

After a marked absence since January, The Vanguard is currently recruiting. Any aplications may be done through either the discussion page, or my talk page. A better channel for recruitment and disscusion will hopefully be made in the near future.

Vanguard members are expected to keep the wiki page updated with the current status of South Blythville. Hopefully a dedicated team will be established for this purpose in the near future. --Rizo299 22:10, 4 June 2006 (BST)

Past Warnings

Code Red All citizens of South Blythville are advised to to keep close eyes on all zombie activity nearby. North Blythville has been declared "very Dangerous" and all early reports support this.

The north east of South Blyhthville has witnessed increased zombie activity within recent days, and it is safe to presume that South Blythville may become a dangerzone itself. All citizens are asked to maiteain baricades whilst allowing lesser baricaded areas for entry and the safty of lower level characters.

Updates to follow shortly .--Rizo299 17:36, 4 Jan 2006 (GMT)

Code Orange

A group calling itself MiFFi has set up operation just outside SouthBlythville. Using the Snaydon building as its HQ and using the slogan "where the surviors envy the dead". They are suspected to be a PK group. Would appear to consist of only 2 players, Leroy welsh [level 18] and Bernard Reilly [Level 8].

Citizens are asked to remain vigilant and weary of both characters. Friend/foe status is currently unknown, but will be top priority for Vanguard teams nearby. --Rizo299 22:54, 2 Dec 2005 (GMT)

The All Zombie Team has brought the blood bowl to Greentown, expect possible zombie spill offs, and possible survivor refugees to exodus to the area.

UPDATE:

The east of the suburb is reported as yellow on the zombie tracker, meaning that a total of 60-69 zombies are believed to be over that entire area. Mobs of zombies are likely to be found in those areas, but not full sized hordes. The west of the suburb has been declared safe within reason. Obvious precautions should be taken, and numbers of zombies may enter from the east, but other than this it is relatively safe.--Rizo299 19:23, 15 Nov 2005 (GMT)

The third stage of the Blood Bowl The Greentown Tour was "held" in Marven Mall in the east of South Blythville Apparently claiming a number of survivor's lives. The Blood Bowl has moved onto Brookesville and Tapton. Survivors are warned to keep an eye out for the zombie hordes. --Rizo299 19:42, 11 Nov 2005 (GMT)
