The HDC is a group dedicated to making life for Humans easier and safer. We are at heart, a Government, so if you find yourself in HDC Territory please obey our laws, because if you do not, then we will deal with you in a way we see fit.
Known Information/History
The HDC was developed the day after easter, 2008. They have two identical Groups in Malton and Monroevile. Their Leader,Sean P., decided that there should be a government in the cities, not just a loose colection of zombie hunters. As of yet, the group is small and is recruiting higher ranks on spot.

Laws
As a government we have several laws.
Anybody in the territory of the HDC are not allowed to kill any human player, unless attacked first.There are no vigilantes in our territory.
PKers, GKers,and RKer will all be dealt with accordingly.
There's a police force, a military, and a Red Cross.
There also institutions of learning.
Any attack on buildings in HDC Territory shall be taken as though they were people.
More details laws will be made in the future.

Rank
Rank will be done in a special way. It will follow after taxonomic classification of dinosaurs. Everyone in the HDC will be under dinosauria. Newcomers will be under Eoraptor. If you want to join just add a post under members in the City your character is in and give your self an Eoraptor rank.
They will then make their way up in rank.
