UDWiki:Administration/Policy Discussion/Restrict multiple deletion attemps of same page

I am proposing this policy to address the practice of repeatedly bringing the same page up for deletions voting. At times this may be accidental, at other times it's used as a deliberate tactic in the hopes that eventually one of the deletions votes will go through. An example of this is going on at this very moment here and has occurred with a number of other pages, as well (Slaves Of The Mistress comes to mind immediately).
Policy for placing a 1 year moratorium on repeated deletions requests (draft)
A 1 year moratorium be placed on deletions requests which have passed a Keep vote. In other words, once the community has voted to Keep a particular page, that page cannot be put up for deletion again for a full year.
If a page which is protected by the Deletion Moratorium is put up for deletion, a sysop must immediately remove and archive the request. The sysop must log their action and provide a link to the most recent Keep vote when doing this. Any votes which may have been cast before the request is archived will remain as part of the records.
If it can be demonstrated that a user has put a page up for a deletion in the knowledge that it falls under the 1 year moratorium, that user will receive a vandal escalation.
If approved, this policy would go into effect immediately and would apply to all pages which passed a Keep vote up to 1 year previous to the date the policy is implimented.
