The Basic Idea

the basic idea is that every user get a subpage inside A/VB, like A/VB/hagnat, where all cases against this user are discussed and ruled. The actual VB page will them be kept as a place to report vandals... like

The Evolved Idea

1. we keep A/VB as it is. discussion will remain in there.
2. every time a case against a user is ruled on, be it guilty or not guilty, it is moved to its own user page, like User:Hagnat/Administration. This page would be then protected, so only sysops can add content to it and the user alone can't change it. This subpage is reserved for Administration purposes in all user accounts.
3. a summary of warnings would be added to top of the page, before the TOC
4. the talk page will remain open for community discussion on ruled cases.
