There has been some concern about still active groups having their pages speedy deleted under Criterion 12. Criterion 12 is as follows

• Defunct group page: The page is a non-historical group page, it is over two months old, it has not had an update in a month, and is not on the stats page.

Now it might just be me, but one month might be a little harsh. It's easy to get caught up in other things and not update in a month, especially if you have a small group. I propose that Criterion 12 be reworked to read as follows.

• Defunct group page: The page is a non-historical group page, it is over three months old, it has not had an update in two months, and is not on the stats page.
