Why?

I want a reason why this is needed? Just saying we should, without giving any sort reason isn't good enough. Eh? Maybe if the case against them is upheld, and they are warned, then yeah, it may be appropriate for it to be filed as misconduct, but every time some idiot wants to whinge about moderators doing their job, removing their idiocy? If you think about it, it will divert more idiocy and abuse of the vandal page by not allowing people to whine when they get warned on the regular page.
