General Overview

Founded by the Urban Guerillas soon after its establishment in Scarletwood, the Fuel Coop was founded in the purpouse of supplying cheap oil to all residents of Scarletwood. While it is the propriety of the Urban Guerillas, and is kept working by them, everybody is welcome to reside here and take out fuel, as long as they don't disrupt the locals or vandalize the building.

General Policy

This building is to be kept at EHB. If someone needs fuel and does not have free running, he may request fueling of a generator in Scarletwood by asking assistance from an Urban Guerilla member either in person or by broadcasting a request on 27.93 MHz.

If a radio transmiter is set up, it shall be tuned in to 27.93 MHz, so that everybody inside may hear and respond to fueling requests.

News

01:34, 16 June 2006 (BST): As a result of a change of focus, the Fuel Coop will now be maintained by the Radio Operator, who may eventually install himself here for conveniance.

20:48, 11 August 2006 (BST): The Coop's equiment has rusted away and it's operator went missing for a while also, however, he is back and he's starting the place back up.

20:33, 24 August 2006 (BST): Because of the passing of the Big Bash and the unstable nature of the suburb so far, this service no longer offered until further notice.

21:21, 19 September 2006 (BST): Due to the improvements made to the region, it's back up, under new management. To request fuel, simply broadcast on the local chanel this: "Fuel Coop: (XX,YY)"

01:49, 17 October 2006 (BST): Nothing new. Service, though hardly ever asked for, is still offered.

02:35, 8 February 2007 (UTC): The service has been temporarely suspended. No personel is assigned to it.

22:05, 11 April 2007 (BST): No change in status. Lack of personnel in the area means the services are no longer applicable.
