You are atop a water tower on a platform. The tank is riddled with bullet holes. A ladder leads down.
Somebody has spraypainted MOVE ALONG OR BE ALONE onto the side of the tank.
- You turn around give the water tower (mostly its tank) a good examination. You are less than a foot from the speckled, paint-peeling metal surface of the tank, since the platform on which you stand is not wide. Nothing is very informative. There is no way in, and the most interesting thing is a tiny splotch of blood around a bullet hole. (You pick off that splotch of blood, thus delegating the most interesting thing to another thing. You think the peeling paint qualifies.)
