A dozen species of tree, green and blue-green, line the side of the road and create a canopy. The forest isolates the road, a thin cut of concrete headed somewhere. Power lines turn south, north, and east. A sign reads: RADIO TOWER and PRIVATE PROPERTY. You drive south. Before long you come upon a dirt road blocked by a gate, the paved road veering east. Leaning over the tree line south is a radio tower. An indicator light has come on; you are nearly out of fuel. Perhaps there is something to be found in the radio tower.
