You are on a street blocked by a 10ft wall made of steel and concrete. There is no obvious entranceway. A proliferation of signs state in a dozen ways that the way past is restricted.
A particularly large sign reads:
- THIS WALL FOR YOUR SAFETY.
- DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLIMB. DO NOT LOITER. DO NOT TAKE PICTURES.
- NON-AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL WILL BE REMOVED.
- RESTRICTED PERSONNEL ONLY.
- The area is deserted. No vehicles are present, and the street is remarkably clear of debris, junk, and random non-descript objects. Whomever was stationed at this wall seems to have up and left without hurry, no longer needing to be here.
You try a few doors of the buildings flanking the street, but they are locked and barred. A small building near the Greenhow Plant and adjacent to the wall has an unlocked door, however.
Possible actions:
- Enter the small building Examine the wall Read more signs
Inventory:
- You carry only a smashed radio. It has been a long ride. Your blue jeans are shredded; the T-shirt, stretched 2 sizes larger, is more red than white, and your shoes are unaccounted for. You wear a crumpled paper party hat.
