You are inside Philpotts Towers in the downtown. Enough light leaks in through shattered doors and windows to get a good look at things. Rows of small mailboxes serve the building's former residents. A majority of the numbers on the mailboxes have been crossed with a marker. A large crack runs from the beneath carpet, across the wall and to the ceiling. Thick trails of dried, smeared blood run across the walls and floor.
Somebody has spraypainted Last one out - Today. Good riddance. onto a wall.
- You enter Philpotts Towers, crunching broken glass. You hang near the doorway, not quite sure if it's safe. When nothing jumps out, you creep forward. The carpet is rather plush, and you rake your toes through it. Feeling more confident, you move in further. Getting distracted by one of the bloodtrails, you follow it down one of the hallways.
You pass doorways, most of which have some degree of barricading. Many doors are breached, occasionally containing a bloody surprise within. Reaching a stairwell, you see the bloodtrail smeared across the steps (more thickly than it had been down the hallway.) There is a couch (de-cushioned) dragged across the entryway to the second floor. The blood is excessively pooled behind, and you decide to go no further.
