| He seems to be a bit high on himself, but is otherwise remarkably sane despite all the ample insanity going around. You notice a revolver stuffed into a pocket and a 6-inch knife sheathed in his belt. He carries around a notebook entitled "God among idiots." He does seem to have things under control, and is thus somebody you should want to keep close by.
