You are standing inside the Liquor Store of Caiger Mall. It is very dark, but enough lights are on to make out depressed faces. The place has been drunk into oblivion. Also here are Reginald Hawkart (60HP), Franklin Aichon (50HP), Yon (50HP) and Axel (60HP).
Somebody has written I envy people who drink... at least they have something to blame everything on onto a barstool in pen. Gum is stuck underneath.
