You are standing atop the roof of Caiger Mall. Some construction has been started for a second floor. Skylights adorn the roof surface in triangular peaks, they look too weak to walk on.
- You make your way across the roof. There is a large opening that shows an unobstructed view of the street below. It's quite chaotic.
