A battered portable generator has been set up here. It only has a little fuel left, and powering a radio transmitter that's currently set to 25.92 MHz.
Somebody has spraypainted we made them pay onto a wall.
There are three dead bodies here.
- You walk down the hall, pistol out and well aware that a corpse very easily could have been awoken by the lights and loudspeakers. Poking into individual offices, you don't see anything. You notice a shadow cross a blurred window from the door of an interrogation room. There is an adjacent viewing room you could use to see what's inside.
