You are inside Crew Avenue Police Department, thick smoke travels from individual holding cells. The floor is slick with pools of blood.
Somebody has spraypainted their lies are silenced onto a wall.
There are two dead bodies here.
- You lean over the dying man with your knife (not wanting to waste a bullet on something so innocuous) and, gaging in the putridness and the smoke, you bring your knife across his throat. He bleeds out in a few seconds.
You did the right thing.
You hurry out from the cell, catching your breath. You have trouble holding it and you cough out phlegm. That done, you notice a fuel can. You look at, that sequentially-convenient thing, but you rub it from your mind: it was probably used as fuel for the fire.
