You are inside a classroom of Pridmore Way School, a high school. From the machinery, the room once functioned as a shops class. A car-sized retractable door opposite to you remains closed.
Somebody has spraypainted supplies in the 'security cabinet' are to be left for barricade repairs and building upkeep only onto a wall, signed crossed-out as management.
- You search the area. The security cabinet is unsurprisingly empty. People evidently have no sense for the need of others. (Had there been anything useful, you surely would have taken it, and filled your arms with it if it were possible, and at the same time, call it prudence.) Elsewhere, sheets of metal and wood, toolboxes, wirecutters, bent and rusted tools, a broken GPS unit, a car body which you kick, some empty cans, scattered parts for a generator, wheel hubs, and scraps––all of these you discard upon touching them, or look in another direction upon sighting them. The retractible door is locked at the bottom.
You find nothing useful, nor anything to confirm the presence of your companions, although it would be hard to tell who's looting was who's, unless one dropped a memorabilia, and this is not so.
Possible actions:
- Leave the classroom
Inventory:
- You carry a knife; a journal and a notebook; a bloodied radio and a flare gun. You have a shotgun (2), a pistol (12) and three spare magazines inside your vest pouches. You are wearing a tactical vest, blue jeans, a white T-shirt and a pair of shoes.
