You are inside a classroom of Pridmore Way School, a high school. Every wall has shelves built to the ceiling, every surface a book on it. Both make narrow walking corridors of the classroom floor space. It is dark.
- You search the area. Your feet brush aside books as you walk; some objects are stumbled over. Picking up and feeling things does not reveal anything interesting. You skim the bookshelves, thinking a search there a separate thing to do. You begin holding your left arm out to the left, following what you believe are the bookshelves at the edge of the classroom. The probable four walls of the classroom are mapped out in your head. The interior maze is vaguer.
You bump your head on a hanging lamp. Feeling the lamp for a switch reveals none, but a connected wire leads elsewhere. You follow it, fingers curled around it so it is not lost in the dark, and your hand hitting other lamps periodically. You feel as though you go in circles, never finding a switch.
