This is the beginnings of an Abuse report page, for reports serious enough to go beyond Arbitration that are not classically considered Vandalism.

Hopefully this will be a boon to all users, creating a strict and stable environment to report excessively abusive behavior on this Wiki without allowing drama to fill the page.

If this is supported, I hope to eventually have it moved to Moderation/Abuse.

Right now this page is a sort of "reminder" to myself.

What is allowed on the Abuse page

Users may make a report, after which the accused party may make a rebuttal. Further discussion would be conducted on the talk page. A link to the specific discussion (if one exists) may be placed below the rebuttal by any user.

Users unrelated to the case my not comment, unless it is on the talk page. Related users include the accusor, the accused, and any given Abuse arbitrator.

Evidence of abuse must be provided, and must include no fewer than three links to the specific charge the user is making. (Example: If you are accusing someone of calling you a pedophile, you must provide more than one instance of abuse that is the same or very similar.)

In the event that abuse cannot be linked to as such, reports will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Anyone can "arbitrate" an abuse case, provided they make their desire to be an Abuse arbitrator known, after which they will be voted on for approval for a period of 7 days. Abusors should be discouraged from judging abuse cases.
