Waiting for Dead Rising 2 to arrive, and heard about this browser game. Intriguing, but also very difficult to get to grips with. So much information and a strange page layout.

Will persevere though. I am level 1, with 0xp as every single axe swing I took missed ... ah well.

About Me

A long termer, will always try to fully grasp and understand something before giving up on it. Looking to join a good, active, friendly and helpful group of survivors, and currently reside in Dunford Lane Fire Station, Dartside. Come get me, walking meatsacks, my axe is calling you. Only easy zombies need apply, as my axe swings are crap at the moment.

Diary

Day 2 - found 4 FAKs in local Hospital. Cost me all my days stamina, will have to lie down here for the night.

Day 3&4 - used my stamina all wrong, so now waiting to get a full quota. Problem is I timed it all wrong, and now I get my full AP ate 5 to midnight. Bullocks. Will venture out with my trusty "All swing, no hit" axe later on. Hopefully get off the 0xp mark. :(

Day 5 - wandered about, found nothing, then just as I hit 9 AP, I ran into 5 zombies. 3 swings, 3 hits .. at last. Ran away and hid straight after.

Day 6 - found another FAK and then attacked a nearby zombie .. wow, I killed it ... it was not on full health, but still, it took 5 hits. Then went outside and found another zombie. More hits - mixed in with the now expected misses - and I got my xp up to 50. Woo hoo. Found myself a bit too far away from my Fire Station Base, and ended up in a nearby hospital where some civilian - name witheld - hit me for 3 damage. Not very friendly :( Another nice player healed me though, so it's all good.
