Regain Headshot AP

| Description: | Zombies who get headshot currently loose 5AP per headshot, permanently.
I believe that the immediate loss of those AP is necessary to stop zombies simply standing up and re-entering a building under siege every time they are killed. However I don't believe that the loss needs to be permanent. My suggestion would mean that headshot would still see an immediate loss of 5AP when a zombie is shot by a zombie hunter, however after two and a half hours (the time it takes to regain those 5 AP) the next 5AP points regained each regain an extra AP, meaning that after 5 hours the zombie has regained the 10 AP they would normally receive, plus got back the 5 taken when they were headshot. |
