Davinos is a member of the MPD commonly know to operate in the suburb of Eastonwood.
He arrived in Eastonwood back in November of 2005, and gained most of his survival skills in and around those mean streets. He is a former member of the now defunct PMS Clan, but left that group to join up with the Malton Fire Department when invited by Blue Chixen , who was then Captain of the Eastonwood crew.
