Chaplain Tiberius Wilkins was once a proud member of the Imperium and warrior of the Emperor of Man. Now he is a lone steward and custodian, who wanders Malton watching over the rise of the Imperium. Although maintaining that he has no alts inside Malton, he does have one currently residing in Borehamwood, and is currently one of the only survivors in all the city.
