Character Pages
Character pages such as Tiberius Wilkins belong in your user namespace. You can either put it on your userpage, or move it to a subpage (such as User:Chaplain Wilkins/Tiberius Wilkins). After you move its contents, you should make a request to have Tiberius Wilkins deleted at speedy deletions.

A "formal" welcome
Yes, you aren't a newbie ;), but no-one ever gave you this template. It's got a lot of helpful editing tips, so I'll post it now.
