You are inside the Central Control Room, its walls painted a light gray. Drop lights illuminate a desk to the far right of the room, and the console's keyboard. Many screens are lined up next to each other, all powered, albeit displaying a blue screen with the phrase "vloss" in white text. Also here is Sgt. Arni (60HP).
The broadcast system is powered, but is currently off-air.

The console fades to black, and the power goes back off for a few minutes. You take a quick glance at Arni, and find that he remains seated, motionless.

- As electrical power is restored to the control room, the array of screens still display the same "vloss" screens from prior to the power outage. Seems somebody really broke the CCTV system badly. You stand up, and remove the cables coming from Arni's back from the console's keyboard.
