You are inside the Central Control Room, its walls painted a light gray. The drop lights above the desk to the far right of the room and the console's keyboard have both been switched off. Many screens are lined up next to each other, all of them unpowered. Also here is Sgt. Arni (60HP).

The broadcast system is currently running on an uninterrupted power supply.

What is this 'Able' incident even referring to?

Since your last turn:
ANDRO MK I "Original testimony notes

I, Officer Dod Arni, have personally witnessed the vehicular accident in the Sildi Road - Miria Street intersection, on December 17, 2009.

I was the driver a passenger of the police car that was involved with a collision with a certain Dr. Finch Able, a medical resident in Sildi Memorial Hospital. I was with Officer Don Dari, and Dolores Lajia-Hanley, a prisoner at the Burdell Detention Facility, who was released from her sentence in December 2007. We were on our way to the police station in East-Skedhu, when I was threatened by Dolores Lajia-Hanley, through blackmail, to run the vehicle into the parked public utility vehicle where Dr. Finch Able was seated the brakes of the car began to malfunction. Mrs. Lajia-Hanley seized control of the steering wheel, and drove the vehicle towards Dr. Able a lamppost.

She took out a gun, and pointed it in my head, saying, "I have no choice. I have to kill Dr. Able We will all die if I do not do this. Give me the wheel!"

She swerved off lane, and deliberately crashed the vehicle into the utility vehicle, which crashed into a lamppost into the pavement, where a utility vehicle was parked.

The driver was killed through the impact, and Dr. Able was thrust out of the window, falling into the road.

Mrs. Lajia Hanley was unscathed suffered minor injuries. I brought Dr. Able to Sildi Memorial Hospital, where the he was given immediate medical treatment, and where Officer Dari had infiltrated the hospital, posing as a consultant from partner hospital doctors quickly operated on his face, which suffered severe disfigurement from the accident."
