You are inside the Central Control Room, its walls painted a light gray. Drop lights illuminate a desk to the far right of the room, and the console's keyboard. Many screens are lined up next to each other, all powered, albeit displaying a blue screen with the phrase "vloss" in white text. Also here is Sgt. Arni (60HP).

The broadcast system is powered, but is currently off-air.

You say, "What were you going to do with those vials?"

Something is amiss here. Either someone is setting Arni up, or Arni is setting someone up. Why would he even possess vials that can be used for genocide and systemic killing?

Since your last turn:
Papa Dod says "I intercepted the shipment of those vials from the Unliving Quarters in Floors 100B to 107B." (1 minute and 3 seconds ago)
Papa Dod says "I highly suspect that someone from those quarters created those vials, or held them in their room." (56 seconds ago)
Papa Dod says "The vials cropped up in unlabeled crates while I was performing routine inspections on outbound packages. We have our own courier service within the Uprising, for both incoming and outgoing packages." (42 seconds ago)
Papa Dod says "It is no surprise that the Shadowglen Police Department and some local dissidents see us suspicious. My involvement with the Uprising as its current Premier is suspect, and I am cognizant as to why." (28 seconds ago)
Papa Dod says "That's why I am very careful with what leaves and enters the Uprising headquarters." (22 seconds ago)
Papa Dod says "I had all of those vials inspected in the Research Division in Floors 82A to 92A, under strict quarantine, to prevent their exit from the headquarters." (11 seconds ago)
Papa Dod says "The Biological Research Director then told me two days later, that all of the vials were gone." (5 seconds ago)
Papa Dod says "They suspect that one of their quality control analysts smuggled them out." (1 second ago)
Possible actions:
"I don't buy it." "I'll take it for what it is."
