A quiet young man with long uneven dark hair hiding his right eye. From what he says, you gather he's a mercenary of a sorts

Edgard is a mercenary, bounty hunter and an all-round hired gun currently working for no-one.

He used to work for the Liberation of Crossman Department, though frequent clashes with Crossman Defence Force caused varying degrees of pondering on whether to continue his contract or not (in the end Edgard left the LCD, after the disappointing quarrels between the two factions showed no signs of subduing). He bears no special loyalty or allegiance to either party, aside for his past contract and neither does he have any malice towards anyone concerned. In fact, his approach to this whole mess is rather indifferent. Fight if you want to, but it is no concern of his.

He is known for tracking down the infamous PKer Sergeant Bob Smith and eventually causing his death. Actually, the last name on Bob's kill list has been Edgard for several months now, proving that Bob went inactive around the time he was finally caught.
