Fat Handsome is a Zombie. In life, his name was Gus "Fatty" Hand, and was a moderately successful construction worker. He lives a normal life, with normal friends until the outbreak. A hoard of zombies spilled into his construction zone and quickly feasted upon his large fatty body. What remains now barely resembles Gus, but one thing that does remain now is his hunger.

Fat Handsome appears to be wearing the tattered remains of a typical construction worker; dirty and stained coveralls, and an empty tool belt. In his right hand he carries a hammer, though he does not remember how to use it, he carries it only because a small part of him feels it is familor to him.
