Frank Riggs was brought up surrounded by wealth, but with the quarenteening of Malton his life was turned upside down, he lost his parents early in the outbreak and and since wandered around Malton looking for a home. Recently he was given a flier about the Royal Society of Malton and now Frank's only goal is to preserve the knowledge and traditions of Malton. Currently he beleives in trying to reestablish a home for former aristocrats in one of Maltons many mansions.
