Private Jane Holden won't talk about what she did to survive the attack that killed her entire squad, but the toll it took on her is obvious (beyond the eye patch she now wears). No longer the person she was before the outbreak, she is now distant and cold. The only time she seems animated or alive anymore is when she's killing zeds.

Pvt. Holden's uniform is worn, ripped in spots and dark with grime. Her good eye rarely makes contact, instead it scans the area, alert for attack. She wears a dozen dog tags around her neck, and in quieter moments will hold onto them with great care.

Although ostensibly a member of the Straponistas, she disappears on her own for long stretches of time, and never talks about where she's been.
