One young man has forsaken the unfortunately laborious life of a trainee fireman, and found the Faith! He has not the rubbery skin, nor the beak or crozier, but by god, he's growing his hair into tentacles as a mark of his devotion to the Octopope. This has nothing to do with the present lack of either soap or good scissors in Malton.

Jim has lost count of the zombies fallen to his axe, and to his pistols, and his cry of "Boom! Headshot!" can often be heard on the streets of South-West Malton, Until the Legion required him to learn other skills, like slapping on bandages and shooting up revivification syringes. Now, Jim wanders haplessly into battle bearing axe in one hand, and syringes in the other, to cut the enemy down, and raise his comrades up.
