Before the quarentine, KC worked in the DA's office. She also helped Mr. Chapel to right wrongs left unchecked by the justice system. Since the quarentine, they right wrongs of a slightly different nature. It's not a good idea to hurt the innocent around KC or Mr. Chapel.

KC frequently helps Chapel wreak Vengeance Unlimited on people who oppress the innocent.
