A note that I usually don't bother to include a vouch/against/abstain note on users that are running for sysop. This fosters the incorrect belief that A/PM is a voting system, while it is really a gradual system where the crats are (or should,) be reading individual comments and taking these into account while deciding to promote. This also means that I can have two seemingly conflicting point of views in a comment (it would probably be seen as a bit paradoxical to have a Vouch with negative comments, or a Against with positive comments.)
