Mark Williams was a young medical resident, hired by Necrotech shortly before the initial outbreak. He was the only survivor of a team that got sent into Malton to investigate the circumstances of the outbreak, only to be overwelmed by the zombie hordes. Trying, with mixed success, to survive, Mark made his way to the suburb of Huntley Heights, where he became a member of The 4-H. Eventually, he became the head of the group's Veryard Crescent revive clinic, as well as the commander of the Northeastern quadrant of the suburb.
