Officer S Kennedy

Officer S Kennedy is a former Officer of the MCPD. As the outbreak began Kennedy helped get as many survivors out of the infected city as possible but was trapped in the quarantine zone. He left the MCPD after a month into the quarantine when the men up top started acting as though Malton was a dictatorship.
