Tall and graceful yet with a subtle air of danger around her visage, Jessica's appearance is only further intensified by her strangely colorless eyes. She looks trimmed for close-quarter battle, with her long, raven-black hair tied back in a ponytail as to not interfere in combat, and her hands in black gloves with fingers cut of, grasping the handle of her axe in a controlled, calm manner.

Her pale skin – a feat gained from her nightly wanderings in the city – beautifully contrast to her short-sleeved police uniform of noir design; a white blouse with black tie, and black slacks with familiar white strings along the sides of each leg, as well as a black leather jacket, all perfectly clean and polished. She has a deadly sense of beauty over her presence, her clothes perfectly trimmed for her curvy, long body, the impression of authority that comes from her uniform further clarified by her not-so-standard issue knife and her black revolver stuck around her belt, and her apparent dexterity and strength.
