History

Bloody Tom is a notorious serial killer in Malton, beginning his terrible spree after the outbreak. A raving lunatic with a penchant for garbled speech and sadism, Bloody Tom is now said to roam the Northwestern quadrant of the city, poaching any survivors foolish enough to seek shelter in the deserted ruins. He is known to wear industrial rubber overalls and nothing else, the squeaking of his pants is a tell tale sign that you're being stalked. Although completely irrational and psychopathic, sometimes Bloody Tom can be reasoned with. Reports from survivors claim that if you encounter the mad man, you can offer him a can of spraypaint to huff. His love of aerosol inhalants is so strong that he'll often forget where he is and what he was doing; giving you a chance to escape as he sucks the contents out of the can.
