No one knows his origins or true identity, but the mock superhero FAK Man can be found travelling from hospital to hospital in search of First Aid Kits and other supplies. As his name implies, he serves as a battlefield medic and is not afraid to attend to the needs of survivors as the hordes of countless zombies press against the defenders.
