Professor Khoulitz was one of the members of the science team that is responsible for the Malton incident. He was able to escape the clutches of NecroTech to be able to aid survivors on the street. His lack of combat experience leaves him vulnerable, but he puts his sound mind to goos use by scanning zombies and reviving downed survivors.
