If you are one of those who dwell in the Southeast corner of the Caiger Mall, then you are involved in this.

What is my No Attack List? Well, I find that, because of the rate at which people are healed inside Caiger, that attacking someone one time (granted that they are already at full HP) is okay in order to gain XP. Remember, unless you are at full HP, I will not strike. I will only strike once. I will heal when I can, too. Others are allowed to attack me, but I MUST NOT drop below 25 HP. If you kill me, you WILL be added to the list of known PKers. You have been warned.
