Actually, the IUSS barricade plan has been ignored by most for a long time - they and the MAF once tried to take over the suburb, this plan was once part of it, and the Crabapples (and presumably others) always ignored them..... ever since, there has probably never been much in the way of a universally enforced barricade plan.... the only thing we can think of is that St. Ethelberts Church is usually VS++, and the Badmen building, Pearl Arms, and nearby hospital and Police station are all usually EH++ --Crabappleslegalteam 01:33, 23 October 2007 (BST)
