Welcome to Crowbank

Hey Doc. Allow me to welcome you to the sovereign nation of Crowbank on behalf of our glorious ruler, the good King Jerden. You are welcome to stay in Crowbank as long as you'd like, but if you're up for helping mankind while you're here, I have some suggestions. I know you've killed the living to protect life in the past. Right now there are a few candidates for that same fate:

• Members of UD Fark and the Crowbank Autonomous Zone (CAW): These two terrorist cells have been attempting to undermine the security of Crowbank and its citizens. Their crimes are as follows:
  • Multiple cases of unjustified murder
  • Regicide
  • Spreading false rumors
  • Treason against the sovereign nation of Crowbank
  • Sabotaging communications equipment
  • Blasphemy
  • Calling a peace conference, then opening fire on an unarmed negotiator (which is a war crime)
• David O'Connor is a known DHPD impersonator and serial killer who I personally witnessed murder a member of MERCY, your group's ally. I last spotted him in Rillie Cinema, which was dark without a generator. He may have moved since then.
• Mister Pumpkin, who murdered an innocent in Vinetown recently. I belive he will kill again, although I don't know if he's moved out of the area.

You're not obligated to ct, but if you want to help the survivor's cause, this is what I recommend. I imagine that, even if VZW pulls you back up north, you might encounter some of these criminals in Edgecombe.
