To add your group to Category:Groups, you have to create your group's page first. For example, INFECTED ZOMBIEZ KLAN. To that page (INFECTED ZOMBIEZ KLAN), add the following code:
[[Category:Groups]]
and maybe this:
[[Category:Zombie Groups]]
Help:Contents has lots of info on editing pages.
Wiki_Questions has some further info on creating group pages.
