- It really doesn't matter if you hit us up here, or on the forums. We're not that particular about it. Truth be known,... we use the forums just so there's an "Official" place for people to request to join... though if you wanted to do it on our talk page, or on mine, it's cool too. -Poodle of DoomM!

Sysop vouch
Ironically, I actually just bought the Fallout collection on Steam a few days ago (to supplement the hard copies I have on disc as well), so I'll be playing those soon. And I wish the Internet would do my bidding more often...I probably need to get working on that if I ever want to graduate again...
As for the other stuff, if you need help with wiki coding, I might be able to help, but when it comes to design ideas for how things should look, I really can't help (it takes me weeks to come up with something even in the ballpark of "decent"). Your signature had been created in the wrong namespace (MikhailKalashnikov/ instead of User:MikhailKalashnikov/), and has been moved to the correct location. It is now to be found here, for when you need to link to it.

- What Izzy meant to say nicely is that your image of the AK47 is too large it doesn't comply with the signature policy. Try cropping out of the white surrounding parts and re-uploading it under a different name (and bring the old image to deletion as an unused image). It has to be under 14px height.
