I sees you have a group...
but it looks like you might be kind of new to UD. Might I suggest you start by joining an existing group. Many of the existing survivor groups will help you get the hang of things and assuming you show some desire to do more, will give you the chance to lead teams once you've put some time in. I think something like Fortress would be similar to what you are creating. --
