How the hell do i get the 'nickname' field in my preferences to work? I'm adding [[:User:SPB/sig]] as ther the instruction on Help:Templated_Signatures and the only thing that happens is:
--User:SPB/sig 14:10, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
Grrrr.....
Bugger it, i've just put the code in my /sig file into the nickname field. Now i get this:
--BoscoThe Malton Ramblers T 16:34, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
...which is what I wanted but i thought it'd be better as a template.
